When exchanging or returning of an item, it must be accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. Sale and regular priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. Gourmet reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
25% restocking fee will be charged on all mirror returns. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

Damaged/ Defective Items
Please provide photos of damage merchandise AND shipping box, SKU number and order number.
Most standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. At this time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you at checkout. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to holidays and/or shipping carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground or USPS shipping.
